I chose Bailey Roofing as it is a local company with a great reputation. Wayne visited and quoted to replace a double garage flat roof. As he stripped back the old roof he discovered that there were another two roofs underneath that had just been left in situ. Despite the extra work and waste removal, he didn’t increase his final invoice. We were really pleased with an excellent job well done. Wayne and his team are friendly, efficient and take pride in their work. A few months later I had a minor problem where rainwater coming off the roof was missing the drainpipe hopper and was leaving a permanent wet patch on the wall. I contacted Wayne and he returned within hours. He identified that the drainpipe was an inch or so out of alignment. This was a pre-existing problem and nothing to do with his workmanship but he insisted on correcting it for me, moving the drainpipe into the correct position. Highly recommended.

Got a good quote from Wayne for totally stripping, reboarding and recovering my large double garage roof. With Chris the two worked hard for nearly 3 days and did a superb job and stuck to the price. Two genuine nice blokes who know their trade and thats coming from a retired Chartered Surveyor. Took some good jpeg pics of the work but your site wont let me upload!!
