"Ben of BCM Brickwork answered my request the same day and offered to either replace the brick or fix an exterior cable entry cover . I decided on just the cover. Ben's communication was the best letting me know what he can do and when he would do the job. He let me know when he was on the way . Not only did he fix the cover , he covered another cable entry point for me. He only charged for the parts , not the work and even left me two extra covers in case I needed them. Such a knowledgeable , professional, reliable and kind man. I will recommend BCM Brickwork without hesitation always ."
