There were a number of holes in the walls from old fittings, the re-siting of a socket and where wall paper had pulled away loose plaster. We also had minor damage to the ceiling from a leak in the roof. Rhys has done an amazing job. The surfaces are so smooth I’m actually looking forward to painting for once. He was very tidy throughout, completely covering the floor in the room as well as the carpet leading to the room. I have already asked for a quote for the next job."

Before you hire a plumber
Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
