We carried out a full-house renovation of a Victorian terrace in London, including a triple-storey extension. The renovations took 7 months. Everyone who has come to see the house has been wowed by what the builders have achieved.

We ask the team to carry out a loft conversion with en-suite and walk in wardrobe. From start to finish they went above and beyond for us. They have been the best team we have worked with. It’s rare to say they were a pleasure to have in our home. They finished on time and to budget.

Shocking, terrible, unacceptable. Some words that describe Adrian Paul's (owner of Best Ldn Loft) project management skills. At the time of of writing (29.11.2023) despite evidence shown I have a bathroom window the has a sizeable gap at the top letting in draft and a loft radiator supplied and fitted by Best that only emits lukewarm heat at best. Unsafe removal of roof tiles, leaks during construction, defective French Juliet doors having to be refitted have been a few other issues. He is rude and argumentative almost always pushing the blame on everyone else. Disgusting behaviour.

Was the second time we used BLL; they’re highly professional builders with solid output. The project was kept on time, and we were kept well in the loop for scheduling and Building Control approvals. Would fully recommend.

They helped convert our loft and completed our house renovations in 2021. They have a great team and did an amazing job. Despite delays in building materials at that time, the work was finished nicely. The project manager Adrian is easy to work with; he coordinates with different teams of builders, electricians, plumbers and painters. Even after 2 years, they still provide follow-up services to us. I will highly recommend their services.

Adrian and his team were excellent! Adrian showed me a schedule and what would be completed at each point. Payment was only taken after each completion point. They always arrived on time and left everything as clean as possible. I highly recommend this company for you building requirements!

Adrian and his team were efficient from start to finish. We had our initial quote in the spring and had to delay for a few months- this was accommodated once we had decided to use this company. They were good with communication, cleanliness and have done an excellent job. Adrian has a good network of trades that were engaged and able to suit what we wanted. They finished on time and were always able to answer questions along the way. Very pleased with the work completed.

Adrian, Alex and the team did a fantastic loft-conversion. We couldn't be more happy with it. Their quote was very competitive and despite being cheaper, the quality of their finish and attention to detail is striking. My wife is a designer, who loves interiors, so we had some finickity demands, including tiles that needed pre-treating and some other complications too. The guys never complained and always worked hard and left everywhere clean. The architect and building control also went like clockwork. If you're getting a loft conversion done, I wouldn't consider anyone else. Great stuff.

I can not recommend Adrian and his team at Best London Lofts highly enough! I have previously used them on a loft conversion two years ago and was so impressed that it was a no brainer to work with them again on two more projects. Everything is planned meticulously, the workmanship is to a very high standard and communication instantaneous even late at night and on the weekends. If you are looking to do a loft conversion in London, then look no further. Everything is completed in four - six weeks too. Just incredible!! I have now done three and it might not be my last!!
