This was my second time using Best rate removals and as usual they provided an excellent. They were on time, worked quickly and ok all the stress out of moving.

Full packing and removal service over two days Excellent experience from start to finish. The team were punctual, tidy, efficient and very considerate throughout. They took extra care with fragile items, placed everything exactly where we asked and even moved a few things again without hesitation. They also went the extra mile - helping load sold furniture for collection and assembling new pieces that had been left dismantled. No damage, no delays, no stress. Communication was clear and friendly at all times. We couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Best Rate Removals were invaluable as partners to the Ealing Half Marathon. They worked tirelessly and long, late hours to help bring it all together. The staff were so helpful, really supportive and great workers. It's a thankless messy job moving all the equipment to make race day happen, but they were so great!!

We've used Best Rate for three moves now, and they've been excellent every time, especially with our most recent move, which ended up being more complicated than expected. The four guys who executed the whole thing were ultra-professional and well-organised throughout and extremely pleasant on top of it, even when things were getting tricky (our fault, not theirs, as we slightly miscalculated a few dimensions). Highly recommended on all counts, and even though we're not planning on moving again for a good many years now, we'll definitely give them another call if we do.

These guys were so great. They came prepared and helped wrapped up some of the things we didn’t wrap. Such as tvs, mattress and sofa cushions - they were on time and worked their asses off in 30 degree heat

The company is called Best Rate Removals, there is a reason for this - they are simply the best. They carried out a complex move, including storage then delivery to Scotland, seamlessly. The removal/delivery teams were highly skilled, both manually and emotionally. A perfect service!

very slow service they took almost the whole day , around 8 to 9 hours in a 1 bedroom flat move inside the same town. And ended up paying for all those hours , more than double of the initial quote

This company are very good, I was impressed with them from start to finish, moving from a flat in London on 4th floor with no lift, to East Yorkshire. They arrived on time and were extremely efficient, clearing the flat in 1.5 hours. They delivered my stuff the next day, again arrived on time, and put three beds back together perfectly. The whole experience of dealing with this company was positive, from the initial contact, . Thank you so much.

Best Rate are fine when all goes to plan. But they are a nightmare if anything goes wrong. Our movers broke our washer dryer, and when I got in touch (with photos of all the damage), it quickly went off the rails. Rather than taking any responsibility, they wanted to send the lead mover over to "take a look", they were difficult and aggressive, and then they tried to get me to agree that an insurance claim would take too long so I should just let it go. Not even an offer for a partial refund! I've been left with no choice but to seek legal advice and explore action through small claims c
