Fanatic service. Used Ben twice for flashing on both my roof and conservatory. Cleaning the moss off roof and conservatory also. Worked really hard and really polite and helpful. Especially as we needed the work done quickly.

From the moment Ben arrived to quote for the job (including going up onto the roof in driving rain, taking photos and showing me), to planning and completing the job, it was a great experience. Genuinely happy with the new roof and can't recommend Ben highly enough. Talked me through the work, provided options, friendly, clean, efficient. If you need your roof doing, he's going to be hard to beat.

We unfortunately were recommended a roofer who did a bad job and refused to put it right. We contacted B G Roofing and explained what had happened and Ben came round and assessed the situation. We were really impressed as he took photo’s and showed us the problem and then explained how he would sort it out. On completion of the work he again took photo’s to show us what he had done. He said to check in loft when it rained and to call him if there was still a problem. He did an excellent job. We have used him twice since that time for work to our chimney stacks and our neighbour has also since used him for roof and guttering work. We can thoroughly recommend him. He is friendly, polite and also very reasonable .

I would highly recommend BG Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable and courteous roofing company. I chose them to replace the existing felt flat roof that had become damaged and was informed prior to any work being undertaken what options were available along with the associated costs. They arrived at the agreed time, carried out the work professionally, and tidied up the work area when finished. They were happy to go through the fitting process with me, so I understood what was going on, and overall I am very satisfied with the entire process.

Ben explained everything very clearly that he was going to do. He showed pre and post work photos and left no waste/mess at behind.

Ben was prompt to the time he said he would be on the day to estimate to day work carried out everything was excellent they respected the ground space he had to use and was spotless when he finished he left me garden clean like it was when he came it’s the second job Ben has done and was satisfied with the price I highly recommend him.

After phoning Ben, he came and looked at the roof. I asked if he'd check for any problems other than those I asked him to fix- he suggested the ridge tiles need recementing, no pushing, just suggestion!!

Ben was brilliant and was extremely helpful. I had an emergency job at 5:30PM and spoke to Ben who had just got home for the day but kindly got himself ready to go back out to attend our job which was causing a leak internally. He arrived swiftly and got to work reconnecting the guttering which stopped the internal leak in the torrential rain! I would highly recommend Ben and I will certainly be using him again for any roofing works in the area. He was honestly a life saver!

I found BG Roofing on TrustATrader after an original roofer had let me down. Ben came and looked the day after contacting him and sent a quote the same day which I was very pleased with. Ben fitted the roof on our extension including the Velux windows. He was polite, punctual and installed the roof to a high standard. I have already recommended him to my mother in law!

We have just had BG Roofing complete some work on our house. I am so pleased with the brilliant work they did. Firstly they fixed a leak that we had around our chimney. They then replaced all the fascias and soffits and put up new guttering. It looks amazing. Ben had such attention to detail and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with it. I am so pleased I used BG Roofing for the work and will definitely be using them again.

Our garage roof slates needed to be replaced around our boiler flue , we also had a number broken slates on our main roof and some blown render that needed replacing. I called Ben and he came around the next day. His quote was reasonable. The work was completed the following week. Ben did a few extra small bits without additional charge. He came when he said he would and the quality of his work was excellent. We would definitely use Ben again and would recommend him to our friends and family.

2nd time Ben has done work for us. This time it was to put new gutters, fascia’s and soffits on my parents house. Boiling hot day but Ben ploughed through it, went beyond the brief cleaning a lot of mess on the roof and taking down a sky dish for them. House looks so much tidier, Great job and decent price with no fuss. Would recommend.

From start to finish Ben was extremely professional and courteous. Competitive pricing paired with an excellent work ethic meant the job was completed without any issues/concerns. The most important factor being the very high standard and quality of the two roofs Ben completed for us. His cleanliness, efficiency were exemplary and awareness of the neighbours (the roofs were next to nervous dogs next door) ensured they were not continuously disturbed. Highly recommended.

I used a very poor roofing company last year. A small leak persisted despite their work. A neighbour recommended Ben. I had a relatively small job done (leak repaired and some slipped and missing tiles replaced). Ben’s price was competitive and he completed the work agreed promptly. Following recent heavy downpours I’m confident the leak is repaired. Ben was polite and communicated well. I am pleased to have found a skilled and honest roofer and highly recommend him.

Very satisfied. Excellent in all aspects. I will definitely keep Bens number in case of future roof issues. Initial communication was quick, and Ben was very helpful explaining options & timescales to replace my leaky roof valley. Ben kept me fully updated on when the scaffolders were due, and was very punctual himself carrying out the work on the agreed days. I am very happy with the standard of work and can see Ben takes pride & care with his work. The finished work exceeded my expectations. We needed a length of gutter replaced and leaking brackets fixed. Ben did the work efficiently including cleaning out the moss buildup. We have no problem recommending BG Roofing for any similar guttering repair work.
