Edmund and his team were prompt, reliable and delivered the work to the highest of standards. They were courteous to deal with and had an amazing work ethic, never leaving the work until it was at a reasonable stage. They always left the site neat and tidy. I can’t recommend their work highly enough.

Renovation of downstairs cloak room. Required tiling, new plumbing and fittings including chasing waste pipes into wall for seemless finish. Fantastic work by the team which was executed with zero wastage of tiles. Clean and carefully tiles without damaging or scratching.

Complete house renovation from top to bottom. Edmond was very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly honest. He really cared about his work - he’s a perfectionist! He completed the work on time and after 5 years of renovation it still looks like the day he built it! Extremely happy with his work. He was clean and tidy too!

I had my house fully refurbished and I’m really pleased with the results. The job included stripping out the old bathroom, kitchen, flooring, electrics and boiler, and replacing everything new. The finish is excellent and the quality of work is clear in every room. What I really liked was how reliable and hardworking Edmond and his team were, throughout. He kept me updated, turned up when he said he would, and always made sure things were done properly. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and nothing felt rushed or cut short. He’s not the cheapest builder out there, but the standard of work and peace of mind you get makes it well worth it. BLS returned to fit a new internal door after they had completed a two storey side extension with a loft conversion with a complete new roof. They installed an ensuite wet room with underfloor heating. They also fitted a new hot water storage tank and water softener, knocked through from old to new and made good. We had new fire doors fitted throughout and linked fire and CO alarm system. They also refinished the complete exterior facade, and now we often get comments from people passing the house about how lovely it looks. I have no hesitation recommending BLS.

We hired BLS for a full home renovation including a loft conversion, rear extension, and kitchen renovation. From start to finish, their work was exceptional. The loft was built to a very high standard, adding a bright, spacious bedroom and bathroom. The rear extension has completely opened up our ground floor, and the new kitchen has been fitted beautifully , every detail was carefully handled, from plumbing and electrics to finishing touches. The BLS team were professional, tidy, and always respectful of our home. We recently had an extension built and the whole process was absolutely seamless. The team worked like Swiss clockwork – everything was perfectly organised, on time, and to an excellent standard. Build of garden outhouse, front porch, repositon and installation of system boiler with mega flow. Installation of radiators, renovation of downstairs cloakroom, garden landscape and patio. Highly professional. The project had several different asks and skill sets required all of which was met to the highest standard. The team were prompt, hard working, clean and diligent. The project was agile with many moving parts. BLS were very flexible to help accommodate new asks and help come solutionize issues as and when they appeared. I felt confident I had the right people for the job and full trust in their ability. Minor touch ups were left and a very small snag list which was handled swiftly too. We were really pleased with Edmund and his team’s work on our bathroom. He was friendly and professional. One thing that stood out was his attention to detail. He made sure that the tiles matched up perfectly and was a perfectionist with his work. When they left, they left the hallways and stairs cleaner than before they had arrived! Edmund had been recommended to us by a friend who works in the building business who has worked with him, so from the start we were confident that he would do a good job. We are so pleased with our bathroom!

The work was seamless—like magic! While we were away, everything was done perfectly. They replaced the ceiling so flawlessly that, if it weren’t for a tiny bit of dust on the glass, we wouldn’t have even known they’d been there. No cracks, no signs—just flawless work. Cannot recommend enough
