We’ve used BM Home Improvements twice for roofing work and can’t recommend them highly enough. From our first contact with Billy, everything was smooth and professional. He assessed the issue promptly, explained the work clearly, and provided a transparent quote with a realistic timeframe. Job 1: Billy’s team replaced our Dorma roofs, repointed the ridge, repaired the chimney, and fixed broken slates, amongst other things. The work was completed on time, and the team was efficient, respectful, and tidy. Job 2: After spotting a leak near a front Dorma, Billy came out the next day. His team quickly resolved the issue with the same high standard of care. Payment was easy and confirmed promptly—just another example of their professionalism. In short, BM Home Improvements delivers top-quality work and excellent service. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Turned up to look at the job when he said he would, and helped us through the process. It was a brand new roof on a fairly large extension, and we had to change some of the plans last minute. All workmen were very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend.

The initial quote was provided after a thorough inspection of the issue. The two roofers who repaired our roof were highly professional and extremely friendly, clearly explaining the root cause in simple terms. They went above and beyond, not only fixing the problem but also helping to clean areas of our Velux windows that we couldn’t reach without being on the roof (a task completely unrelated to the job). I am very happy with the work performed and reassured by the 10-year guarantee, giving peace of mind in case any future issues arise.

billy jnr came around and gave us a quote on our roof the work needed was Explained inn full detail there team of guys which were all well mannered came back 3 weeks later and completed the work leaving everything clean and tidy it’s now cleaner then, when they arrived 10/10 from me and david many thanks guys

House and garage roof dry and ridged and dry edged. Part of the garden paved and the garden walls painted. Driveway cleaned and re-painted and gulleys on the roof repaired.

Very reasonable price. Did as he said he would and everything went okay.
