"Darren has done another great job for us. We called him back for this more substantial piece of work having been very pleased with his repair of a rotted out roof end a couple of years ago. His diligent approach is best illustrated by his deciding to come back and further improve on the already excellent chimney refurbishment…after we’d paid him! He clearly has high standards and does not compromise in meeting them. A thoroughly good bloke who cares for you and your property. I highly recommend."

Darren communicated clearly, gave time for decisions, and even crafted a leaf metal ridge flashing to finish the job. When a tile broke during scaffold removal, he returned to fix it. Both he and his colleague were friendly and helpful. Highly appreciated work—I’d gladly use them again."
