"After having arranged quite a few appointments with different roofers to take a look at my flat roof and identify the issues causing the leak, Darren stood out with his pragmatic approach and suggested the most suitable solution with a reasonable quote. He clearly explained what would be the steps required to resolve the issue. Communication with him to subsequently find a date to carry out the repairs was easy and he accommodated my diary. Handling massive boards, gutters and tools in and out of my narrow flat wasn't an easy task and all was conducted cautiously and tidily. Work carried out in a diligent and professional manner."

The work was to repair a balcony which was leaking. Darren explained what he would do in clear terms and as far as I can tell undertook.. the work in a diligent and professional manner
