BP Kitchens was amazing. Communication from Mandy via email and Trustatrader was excellent, and she noted all the specifics before the team arrived. There were no hidden fees, and the price was fair for the amount of work completed. The team arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. Brian and his colleague (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch his name) were quick to identify potential snagging points and immediately created a plan to resolve them. They truly went above and beyond to finish the job. The quality of the work is great and has saved me a lot of backache! Thanks to everyone at BP Kitchens.

Brian and George done a fantastic job of installing our new kitchen, even coming up with ideas that we would never have thought of which made the kitchen look.even better. They were always here nice and early and got on with the job and always left the place clean and today at the end of each day. Im very happy and pleased with the work carried out by them.

We needed the doors and panels replaced on our kitchen. Right from our first contact with them they were helpful and efficient. We uploaded a video and they were able to give us reasonable price straight away. They managed to fit in to our tight schedule to get the work done. Our 27 year old kitchen was in need of a refurb and Brian and George did an excellent job, fitting new worktops and a new sink and tap. They also tiled the main feature wall. Although our kitchen is north facing, it is now much brighter and feels more inviting. Mandy did an excellent job of sourcing the materials and kept in constant touch with us to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this one is well deserved. From the initial contact with the business I was more than happy with how everything progressed. I was happy to let Mandy arrange for a kitchen designer to visit. Mandy is very approachable and was always on hand to deal with any enquiries that I had. Brian and George carried out the fitting to a very high standard. Keeping us informed as to what they were doing. They were very easy to get along with and were very polite and well mannered. They were always on time and tidied up at the end of each day. Any additional tradesmen were provided by them and their work was also to a high standard. I would certainly recommend this business thank you Mandy,Brian and George.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I highly recommend this company. From the initial site visit through to completion, every tradesperson involved in replacing my kitchen and utility room was professional and courteous. Thank you to Mandy, who expertly coordinated the entire process and kept me informed about delivery schedules and timings. The craftsmanship and attention to detail shown by Brian, George and the rest of the Team were exceptional. They encountered several snags along the way, but nothing was ever too much trouble. Their commitment to customer service truly went above and beyond. They were always punctual, and at the end of each day, they left the space tidy and clearly explained what had been done and what to expect next. My kitchen and utility are totally transformed to a very high standard of workmanship, thank you.

Mandy responded very quickly to our initial contact ( as she did with any subsequent queries) and the following day she and Brian carried out a site visit to review our requirements (Wall removal and strip out and replacement of the old kitchen including some electrical and plumbing works). They provided a very fair quote quickly and were able to help us throughout the buying process as well as supply other trades and work started on the day agreed. Unfortunately the Structural Engineering report I’d commissioned elsewhere proved to be a waste of time which meant we lost a week but Mandy and Brian were able to rearrange their existing schedule to cope with this which was much appreciated. Brian and George ( plus Pete & Ryan) worked diligently, clearing up at the end of each day and ensuring that everything was done to our satisfaction. We’re very happy with our new kitchen and would recommend BP Kitchens and Home Renovations to anyone requiring a professional job at a good price.

I contacted Mandy and Brian to remove an old kitchen and install a new one. Communication was promt and clear: they responded within a few days and arranged an appointment. They helped me getting in touch with a kitchen provider and get a new design done. Brian and George did a woderful job with the fitting. They faced a few challenges as the wall came off with the old tiles and gas and water tubing nedeed to be rearranged, however everything was sorted nicely also with the help of other professionals. I am very pleased with their service, work was very neat and meticulous and would definitely recommend them.

I had a new kitchen supplied and fitted, along with a complete house renovation. I am very pleased with the finished product. The house has been totally transformed. BP Kitchens & Home renovation recently helped with the complete renovation of the ground floor of our new home. From the initial visit to the completion; Brian, Mandy, George & team were faultless. Their knowledge, expertise, design advice and workmanship was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend them and we hope to have them back in 2025 to help with the renovation of the first floor.

Needed a tradesman to take out existing laminate worktops, sink and gas hob. Was let down twice so contacted BP Kitchens. First contact was Mandy who was brilliant and understood exactly what we needed. Brian came round, saw what needed to be done and gave us a quote. From then on it went like a dream, they came when they said, kept us informed and finished the work on time. Would have no hesitation in recommending them, they were excellent.

Brian, Mandy and George were fantastic. I was pleased with the work they did. They suggested a few things when I was indecisive and it worked out perfectly. They were efficient, punctual, tidy and had great pride in their work. The itemised breakdown and floor plan of what was to be done was clearly laid out and easy to understand. I would recommend this company to refurb your kitchen as they demonstrated to me how experienced they are in what they do.

Brian and Mandy from BP Kitchens first visited us back in May as Wren had let us down in terms of disjointed communication and timescales quoted. Initial impressions of Brian and Mandy were great and we were left reassured about what we needed to have done and what would be involved. We ended up going through Howden's for the units as they closely work with them. Everything was therefore joined up from the installation, units purchased, and quartz chosen for the worktops. Cutting to the end, the quality of work that was carried out was just amazing and no request or suggestion was too much trouble for them. They even carried out additional works that made things look so much better and tidier and I really cannot recommend them enough. They ran everything past me at every stage to ensure that it was what I wanted and Mandy is on the case like you would not believe in terms of communication and punctuality. I would not hesitate in using or recommending them to anyone that I know. Barry.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Great communication, very knowledgeable and friendly team. They've just finished fitting our large kitchen, once all complete and dressed I'll pop pictures on. Highly recommend this company, they will be coming back to do our bathroom.

We needs a new internal wall putting up. Decided to go with BP Kitchens & Rennovations (Mandy and Brian) because they were straight speaking and very helpful (even coming to review the job on a Sunday). Both Mandy and Brian were highly professional. Mandy replied very quickly to questions and helped with all admin issues, while Brian quickly assessed what was needed, no messing about and got the job done. Have to give a special mention to Andrew - who did the plastering. He was superb. I'd be very happy to work with them again & would definitely recommend others to reach out the them. Price wise they were middle of the range, but quality wise they were outstanding. So we are very happy.

We had been let down by another company prior to contacting BP kitchens so we’re nervous about getting someone else on board but as soon as I spoke with Mandy on the phone I felt like I had found someone we could trust. Both Brian and Mandy came out the following day and gave us a quote by mid afternoon! We were really impressed with how hard the team worked not only to do the fitting but to overcome issues that came up along the way resulting in an amazing job that exceeded our expectations! We were kept in the loop with what was going on with the fitting all the way through and anything that needed to be changed was explained to us fully. We had a full kitchen refurb. Brian, Mandy, George & Anthony are a lovely family business who we felt completely comfortable with in our home. The work was carried out to an excellent standard & Mandy was always on hand to answer any questions promptly. They arrived on time every day, tidied up at the end of each day & came up with useful ideas during the project. We are over the moon with our kitchen and will keep them in mind for our next project.
