Excellent service. Rang in the morning as a problem with my kitchen sink waste pipes. Told someone would be round in the afternoon. Plumber rang when he was 15 mins away. Did an excellent job and was very friendly and efficient. Thanks Paul. Would definitely recommend.

Wow what a company. My boiler broke down friday morning. Engineer was with me by mid day. Explained everything and why it had failed. I requested a new boiler. The boss contacted that afternoon with a reasonable quote with garentee and a free service in 12 months. I accepted and was expecting the work to be done in a couple of weeks. The boss said that he would rearrange his workforce to get the job done on the Monday as the weather was going to be freezing. The fitters arrived early. Did a fantastic job, friendly and tidy. We were concerned about noise from our boiler pump and also needed its annual service. The noise started about a week before going on holiday so we were a bit worried about it. Jenni juggled their calendar around a bit and found a spot for us, which I really appreciated. Service was done perfectly, investigation into pump showed it was just some air, and the engineer explained everything to me really well. He was also very understanding of my daughter, who has special needs and can find strangers hard. He was kind and rewarded with a little hug! Always excellent, highly recommended!

Darren and Jack, carried out our Bathroom Replacement to a very high standard. Removal of old Bathroom and separating wall, had ideas that supported a great final result and left our house clean and tidy throughout the works. After calling them out for a repair to my 15 year old boiler, they recommended a new boiler instead. They offered a good deal and installed it literally the next day. All the staff members I dealt with were really helpful and they were great at explaining everything to me and ensuring I knew what was happening and why. Great customer service.

Dan arrived on time and carried out the service quickly and unobtrusively; also, I asked him to give an assessment of the boiler's energy efficiency and performance generally and I appreciated the time he took to do this and explain his findings: all work carried out for the price quoted. When I needed a new boiler I phoned Bracknell Plumbing and heating for a quote they were very helpful and they gave me a price which was very reasonable and I gave approval the same day. The boiler was fitted within a week and my heating has never worked so well So a big thank you to Mark who works in the office and Sam who installed the boiler

Kieran detected the two sources of water that were escaping from the entrance and exit of the bathroom cistern. He removed the toilet replaced the sodden floor boards, tiled the affected floor, replaced all the pipes/joints, replaced the toilet and redid the sealant. He worked carefully with great concentration and always explained what he was doing.

Recently got Hive mini installed at my home along with a gas boiler servicing. Dan arrived on time and did the job in the time mentioned. He was also kind enough to bleed some of my radiators so heating is working quite well now. Left the house tidy as well. Very pleased with the job.

After a couple of years of having an unreliable hot water supply - colder in winter and hotter in summer - and too many uncomfortable showers, we asked Bracknell Plumbing to investigate. The engineer (Dan) arrived on time and quickly found the fault - a valve in the heating pipework had been closed down too much - and corrected it. Not something the average householder would have found and very easily resolved. A good job, well done and we are enjoying the hot showers and the confidence that they will be hot.

Boiler was over pressurising and radiator was leaking. Made a call at 08:30 and they arrived a couple of hours later and fixed the problem.

Excellent service. Luke came out on same day I called to a leak in bathroom.. Diagnosed quickly that shower pump was leaking.. ordered new.. came a few days later to fit.. polite, friendly and tidy work. Also impressed that end price on final invoice was less than quote due to less labour time used .. I appreciated the honesty. Will definitely use again and would recommend.

This is the second time I’ve had Paul come out from Bracknell Plumbing & Heating. He helps assure me of the work that needs to be done, steadily walking me through and explaining the issues and that he can resolve them. It’s such a comforting way to be, so I’m given confidence in his skills from the get-go, and so I don’t cause any further damage in the future. I could not recommend them/him any higher
