Excellent 5* Work Paul and Luke were fantastic, work was completed in a timely manner and they were very clean and tidy. Paul visited before hand to quote, but also helped with my loft ventilation but didn't push it on me. I accepted the full works and am very happy with the results. Invoice and quote were detailed and easy to understand. Would recommend Paul to anyone else and also would be happy to use him again.

We engaged Paul firstly to survey our roof pre-purchase on our current property, along with two other contractors, having had the roof flagged in our own survey. Paul Bradshaw fitted a new slate slate roof to my house in 2023. A very pleasant, courteous man. I would recommend him. He was reliable and made the whole experience stress free. If I have my outbuilding re slated I will not hesitate to ask him back.

We have used Paul’s services on three separate occasions; twice to repair storm damage and most recently to repair a leaking roof. On each occasion he responded quickly to check whether the work was urgent and provided a competitive quote. He fixed a date and time to do the work and turned up on time. The service provided was professional and thorough, including diagnosis and repair of a particularly tricky leak. We have been very satisfied with all of his work and would happily recommend him to our friends.

We recently had some work done by Paul during an exceptionally busy time of year. He was very patient, had great communication, and was always punctual and kept us up-to-date. He took photos of the original issue and took the time to explain how the initial problem had arisen (leaking roof and airvent pipe which had been incorrectly installed by a previous unrelated contractor) and Paul explained how he was going to rectify it. Very pleased. Would absolutely recommend.

We had a significant roofing leak during a spell of heavy rain and snow. Bradshaw roofing had been highly recommended to me by a few different people. Paul called by and assessed the issue, explaining to me how it occured and what work was required to fix it. Paul attended site and carried out the repair in a professional and timely manner. Paul came round to quote and then carry out repair works on Victorian terrance house chimney that needed repairing. He repointed, fitted new lead flashing and then two new chimney pots and breather caps. Really pleased with the work carried out. Reliable, friendly and did great job. Would recommend and use again.

Paul was very helpful and polite, renewed lead work round chimney, and at same time fitted cowl's on chimney pots, jackdaw's been nesting in them, pleased with work, would recommend, as I did to neighbour, who was also pleased with what Paul did

For a long period we were plagued by a stubborn roof leak that was difficult to fix especially with all the heavy rain in recent month's. Paul attended the site and dealt with the works in a professional ans friendly manner keeping me updated with the work he was carrying out. Paul did a great job on our old roof when the original roof tiles had sadly reached the end of their life. He was helpful with everything from explaining the different tile options available, comparing costs and shades of red, to sorting out the scaffolding and installing the roof itself with great workmanship. He was happy to deal with the building control requests that came months after the roof was finished. Now we have no drafts in the loft, lovely new gutters and a beautiful new roof which has been complimented by our neighbors, who are much less impressed with other work on our road. 😎
