The company impressed from the outset, providing the most detailed and accurate software-generated quote and cost-breakdown. They started on time and all the trades - from the brickies to the guys who built the patio - were brilliant: punctual, reliable and tidy workers. James was in regular touch and we were never left wondering about next stepd. None of the inevitable delays were down to Brannan, and James ensured any issues were resolved. We're delighted with the result."

They also blocked off a window and installed a new door. James and his team were very professional and courteous, always willing to explain progress and give clear explanations and recommendations. What really has stood out is that, even once the work was completed and payment made, James was quick to respond to any questions, such as for building regs."
