Brett arrived very promptly at the time e specified, always explaining what he was doing and sorted out all the problems. I will definitely be using this company from now on. Looking for a gas engineer I would recommend Braw n cosy. 10/10"
"Excellent communication, did have to delay the first appointment by a couple of days, but was kept up to date and given a thorough report of the work carried out. I had contacted this company on a short notice and were very quick to provide and initial date for the essential work. My tenants were not disturbed and I was told the worker was quick and very polite. Overall, highly recomended and will use again when the time comes to re-new the gas certificate."

By law, anyone working on your gas appliances must be on the Gas Safe Register — ask to see their Gas Safe ID card and check the licence number at gassaferegister.co.uk before they start.
Never let an unregistered person touch your gas: unsafe gas work risks carbon monoxide poisoning, fire and explosion, and is a criminal offence.
For a boiler or appliance install, get the work and price in writing and keep the Gas Safe / Building Regulations certificate they are required to give you.
Confirm they cover your area and can actually come out in your timeframe before anything else.
