Sonny was exceptional when it comes to providing estimated timings and meeting them or pushing them forward. He always kept me updated throughout the entire rennovation and did a great job. Very happy with the finished bathroom as well as his and the teams efficiency. Will definately book them for further rennovations.

Brayne & Sons did a great job on our bathroom, really pleased with it. Kept to quote and got a discount on materials from supplier. Job was also done quickly prior to Christmas. All the member of the team were really friendly and had good communication throughout.

We contacted Brayne & Sons to create a small downstairs powder room within an existing room. From the rough sketch I provided they constructed exactly what we required. All trades - plumbing, carpentry, electrical, plastering, tarmac remediation - were excellent. All work was carried out to very high standard and we were kept fully informed as to when each element would be carried out. Every tradesman was unfailingly friendly and polite, cleaned up their work area and any dust etc. They were also all very careful to keep my pets safe while working. Cannot recommend highly enough

They were very accommodating we changed the plans half way through and they just cracked on with it found a way to get what we wanted done. The finished work is as good as you will see!

Brayne & Sons (Sonny) provided a competitive quote and got on with the work quickly and efficiently. I was having extensive renovation of my 3 bed house which was tired and dated after being rented out for several years. Sonny and his team of reliable contractors worked their magic - Closed up a doorway to separate kitchen/lounge, new herringbone flooring, re-plastered ceilings and spotlights, new kitchen, bathroom, radiators and redecoration. Each job was done carefully and well. Only small amount of snagging to be done and date booked easily and without complaint. Excellent communication throughout with good checking in on any key decisions yet also strong focus on sorting out even the little bits for me so the whole job ran more smoothly eg using trade discount for me to order things or allowing other contractors in eg pest control when we discovered mice in the loft! Big renovation for me but surprisingly low stress - thank you Sonny and team - I can definitely recommend!

The guys did an excellent job creating a new ensuite bathroom into an awkward space, which included some external building work to change the size of the window too. They were excellent communicators and problem solvers and would go the extra mile, without question, to make sure the job was done right and to the highest possible standard. I would definitely use them again
