Bright Builders are an amazing team of friendly, responsible and professional builders. Ervin is a great person to work with; understanding, patient and resourceful. He has done several large refurbishments for me over the years and the recent one has once again not disappointed. I look forward to engaging him on future projects and meanwhile would highly recommend his services.

I would highly recommend working with Ervin and all of the team at Bright builders and I am exceptionally happy with the outcome of the project. The scope of the job was a complete internal refurb including a ground floor extension, Loft conversion, completely new roof, a driveway and external insulation. From my initial site meeting with Ervin, I knew he had the team capable of delivering the vision I had for the project. The initial quote was incredibly detailed and through the project we stayed largely on budget, despite a few additional unforeseen items which were agreed and added along the way. The most important aspect of this review is to express how exceptional the team are on so many levels. The skill, care, expertise, knowledge, efficiency, attention to detail and willingness to be adaptable, helpful and solution focused made the project such an overall success. It truly felt like a team effort with everyone working together towards a shared goal.

We have worked with Vin and his team on multiple occasions and they never disappoint. Ervin and his team completed a full house renovation for us including new kitchen and loft extensions. They were extremely professional and delivered high quality work which we're very happy with in the end. They also tried to be as accommodating as possible when it came to any changes throughout the project to ensure we got the end result we were looking for. Would definitely recommend them.

Ervin runs a high quality operations, he has all of the required trades covered off. He is a perfectionist and will ensure his high standards are always met. He is a great communicator and keeps you informed during the whole process. He offered us great advice throughout the process and we were delighted with all the work completed. Very pleased with the work and the team. Vin kept us informed all the time and the team put in an extra effort to get the agreed work and some extra bits done in time for my newborn to come home when he arrived 2 months early. The main job was demolishing an old lean to extension and building a proper extension that opened up the kitchen. Installed new electics, plumbing and fitted kitchen. Added a new downstairs toilet. Renovated the garden by replacing old fences and building a terrace. Repaired and decorated room for my newborn.

This is the second time Bright Builders has carried out work for us. Ervin and his team did an excellent job of tiling an area of our bathroom. The job was not a standard tiling job, which would have been more straightforward. Instead, Ervin needed to cut away damaged tiles and fit new tiles into a difficult space. The job involved a lot of awkward cutting of tiles to create shapes to fit around windows and edges, but Ervin did a spectacular job and now we cannot tell the difference between new and old tiles. We are exceptionally pleased with the end result. Ervin is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to provide great customer service. He did the job for a very fair price, and I found him to be very honest and reliable. I would definitely use him again, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and friendly builder.

We hired Ervin to refurbish our main bedroom (which included stripping back and re-plastering), to repaint our hallway, and to refurbish most of the woodwork throughout our house. We found Ervin to to be very honest and reliable. He was extremely helpful and went that extra mile to ensure the work was carried out to a high standard. We were very pleased with the end result and especially with the friendly can do attitude of Ervin and his team. We will be hiring him again to refurbish our garden and have already recommended him to our friends.

Bright builders were extremely organised, efficient and helpful. We had numerous work carried out by this company including kitchen fitting, bathroom renovation and decorating. All of the work was carried out to an extremely high standard and specifically to our request. I cannot stress enough how easy it was to work with bright builders. Urvin (company owner) was particularly helpful, providing practical suggestions and ensuring that our specific building needs were met. I have worked with numerous builders but none of them were as helpful and reliable as bright builders. What makes their service great value is the fact that all workman specialise in a specific area- so none of that jack all trades buisness. In particular, their decorator Alex is amazing. It is always the finishing touches that make all the difference and they definitely paid attention to this. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you bright builders.

Ervin and his team began refurbishment work on our house the day after we moved in. For the last three months they've worked incredibly hard to replace walls, floors, the kitchen and bathroom, replastering and redecorating the whole house, all with us living in the property throughout with a three year old. They have been extremely considerate to our needs, never once leaving us without essentials like a toilet and shower, even though it must have made things more awkward for them! The speed at which they have worked and the quality of everything they have done is outstanding and it was so encouraging to come home everyday and see how much progress they were making. They were excellent value for money and always worked to find us the best deals on anything they purchased for us. We used Bright Builders on the recommendation of a friend and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs any work doing. I can't thank them enough for making our home beautiful!

Fantastic experience from initial meeting to completion of the job. Great value for money. Bright Builders are the only builders I would use now. I highly recommend them. Vin is professional, honest and treats his jobs as if it was his own home. He is a perfectionist and we are very pleased with the final result. Vin and his team converted our old kitchen and lean-to conservatory into an open plan kitchen, put a patio in the surrounding garden and plastered / decorated our living room and one bedroom. My wife was pregnant during the build and our baby came 2 months early - before the build was due to finish. When we told Vin our baby would be early he brought in extra people and worked through the weekends to make sure everything was ready for us to bring our baby home. Vin and the team even helped us decorate our baby's room.

I have used Bright Builders Ltd last year to build both a loft extension and two storey side extension at my property. This went really well and I had no problems at all. The manager Ervin and his workers did the job to time and budget. His workers always started the job on time, did their work professionally and left on time after cleaning up first everyday. Ervin's (manager) experience and attention to detail was excellent especially since we were living there while the work was undertaken. He handled the logistics of this complicated two stage project perfectly. I highly recommend Bright Builders Ltd and indeed recommended them to my friend who also had work done to his property and experienced no problems at all.

We chose Bright Builders to convert our basement and build a rear extension to our listed property in March 2019. Although the quote from Bright Builders was not the cheapest we received, the quality of the quote in terms of completeness gave us comfort that the quote would be the true cost, which it duly was. The great thing about Vin is that he is always available to explain what's happening, and what will happen next. His work ethic and honesty are examples to all builders. The team led by Alex is amazing. They are tidy, polite and incredibly hard working. If they say they will be there at 8am, they will be. If they say it will be done, it will be. We have small kids and we never had cause to worry about safety around the job despite choosing to live in the house while the work was done. We are delighted with our extension and the quality of work conducted by Vin and the team at Bright Builders. We thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to do work in the area.

Ervin and his team carried out extensive work on our garden flat in NW3. He reduced garden height putting in a patio area, made a retaining wall. Put in underfloor heating, took off old plaster and plastered rewired and refurbished. Moved central heating and rendered and repaired front of flat, installed kitchen and bathroom (moving from old locations). In fact not much they did not do. Photos attached show the extensive work was finished to a high standard and we had confidence in his team particularly in Alex who finished to a detailed high standard. We definitely use Bright Builders for any future projects and highly recommend Ervin who is an honest, fair and hard working person.

After receiving 6 different quotes we decided to work with Ervin as he filled us with the most confidence right from the start. He was open with us at all stages of the job, punctual and worked really hard to accommodate all of our requests. This was really important to us given we work full time and did not have much time to organise the project. Ervin was prepared to stay late to meet us when we got back from work and update us on the progress of the project. I would definitely use Ervin and his team again on future projects and would recommend him to anyone who is thinking of doing a renovation project.

Working with Ervin has been an absolute pleasure and the result is stunning. Ervin studied engineering at university and is the son of a headmistress so his attention to detail in building, engineering requirements , time keeping and general good attitude when working with clients is second to none. Even the building control guys who see dozens of builds commented on how the quality and safety of the construction went way beyond what they normally see. All of the trades are part of Ervins team so they are all incentivised to keep standards high which they do and most importantly take the time to talk you through options and the pros and cons of different approaches. Costs were in line with the initial quote which was very fair so I'm very happy on that front too. Bright Builders are a rare example of a firm that set the standards high, do things fairly and look after their clients exceptionally well. I couldn't recommend Ervin more strongly and the whole team deserve their success

Works: Full refurbishment of 2-bed apartment in London including restructuring of walls, creation of 2 new bathrooms, new boiler and plumbing, integrated cupboards, new kitchen, wooden flooring throughout, full decoration. We chose Ervin out of 4 traders who quoted because his communication immediately inspired confidence to get the works done to the desired quality, tight timescales and within budget. Ervin and his team were excellent from start to finish. The quality of work is impeccable. The team is friendly and considerate (I had comments from neighbours commenting on this). Ervin is an adviser throughout the process, on the big and small decisions (also thinking about budget and not advising the most expensive route unnecessarily). As a lawyer with limited time during the week, it was incredibly helpful to be able to trust someone to get on with the works and come to me when they needed input as to next steps - Ervin is fully reliable. Very happy to recommend.

Ervin and his team carried out renovations on our house when we first moved in about five years ago and we’ve just had them back for a loft conversation and extension. As before, they were friendly, efficient, hard-working and tidy - always leaving the site safe overnight for our young children. It was lovely to see the same set of people back again - they’re obviously happy in their work. Ervin is genuine, helpful and always has his customer's best interests at heart. He and his team went above and beyond and definitely delivered even more than we expected.
