The team were empathetic enough to realise that Mum needed to feel safe whilst the work was ongoing. They came to meet us both beforehand and were so very kind. I was so worried that I would need to be actively involved, but they took care of the work and Mum, and kept me regularly up to date. I am extraordinarily grateful to have found them! Importantly, for most others who might read this, the work was completed promptly and to a high standard"
