Ben has done my annual boiler service since I moved to the area 4 years ago. He is highly reliable, very diligent and thorough. Ben has also helped sort out a couple of plumbing problems, most recently yesterday when he sorted out my blocked kitchen sink. I only contacted him the night before and he arrived next morning. I would highly recommend Ben to you.

Ben came to service our boiler. He was on time, polite, and friendly. He explained everything and also showed me pics and a video to explain. The boiler is loft so he couldn't explain/ show me as he did it. He also tightened a nut on the shower to stop a leak, without that been the main job. Great service, good price and communication from both him and Jodie was excellent. We've found ourselves a reliable good plumber after been let down on numerous occasions. Highly recommend.

Ben responded quickly and efficiently to our call for help to fix a leak which had occurred while we were in holiday. He quickly understood what was required. Jodie quoted and arranged appointments so that Ben could be with us quickly. Ben did an excellent job and left the everything clean and tidy. Both Ben and Jodie were polite friendly and helpful. Found BRP on TrustATrader as we had a leak from a water pipe in a pretty inaccessible spot. Call was answered promptly and Ben did his best to squeeze us in at the end of the same day. Professional job, great attitude, will definitely use again if need and would recommend.
