We recently had Warwick back for the second time to carry out work on our home and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. What immediately stood out was how considerate he was of our family throughout the entire project. Mindful of noise, disruption, and our daily routine in a way that made the whole process genuinely stress-free. The standard of work was exceptional. His attention to detail was evident in everything he did, and it was clear he took real pride in getting things right rather than just getting things done. Every finish was immaculate. What also impressed us greatly was how clean and tidy he kept the site each and every day. Our home never felt like a building site, which when you have a family around is no small thing. I have absolutely nothing but respect for Warwick and his Team (Max, Ashley, Jake, David and Roger) ... they are miracle workers. I had a small remedial work at my property, prior to me moving in (attic re-insulation, internal & external damp remedial works and remodeling a new ensuite). They are very professional, friendly, punctual, efficient and the end results speak volume to the extremely high standard that they provide. Warwick helped me with the unforeseen issues that came with this work and provided great advice and went above and beyond to help with the remedial damp and leaks issues that were discovered. Warwick laid a new patio and built a pergola. His workmanship and attention to detail is exemplary. He was punctual, polite and very hardworking. He and his team always kept everything tidy and updated me regularly. He went beyond my expectations and the price quoted was competitive and value for money. Warwick and his team repaired and painted the crackes at the front and back of my property. Warwick and his team were friendly, professional and their work was excellent. Warwick also repaired my pouch wood which had rotten and replaced a kitchen cupboard which also had rottened from a water leak. Warwick was always happy to help if I needed anything else doing and his price is very reasonable. I am very happy with the work completed and I would recommend Warwick to my friends and family.

After many disappointments with builders over the years, it was a relief to find Warwick. We first asked him to completely renew our bathroom last year. He interpreted my drawing perfectly, even suggesting useful changes. This year he has totally stripped, replastered and decorated our lounge and dining rooms, including custom made cupboards and shelves. He has replaced all of the lower kitchen cabinets and worktops, again making useful layout change suggestions. While we were on holiday he rebuilt the cills, door and glazed panels of our old timber conservatory, which is now better than when it was new. Warwick and his workers are friendly and work in a clean and efficient manner. He is very particular about the quality of his work. He is excellent value for money. I would recommend him unreservedly.

I hired Warwick for a full extension and renovation at my home on Blake’s Terrace, including converting a kitchen into a shower room, installing new flooring, renovating the toilet, and fitting a brand-new kitchen. Warwick has carried out several projects for me over the years, including an extension, converting a garage into a home office, and most recently a top to bottom bathroom renovation, which we’re really pleased with. As always he was incredibly reliable — turned up on time, communicated clearly, and stuck to what he said he’d do. He’s tidy, respectful of the space, and makes sure everything is left clean and organised at the end of each day, which really makes a difference when work is going on in your home. We recently hired Warwick and his team to complete a full bathroom refurbishment including reconfiguring the layout of our upstairs. From first contact, Warwick was polite, friendly and clearly very experienced; willingly and helpfully assisting us with our design plans and ideas. Our most complimented features of the bathroom, are Warwick’s ideas! Our old house presented Warwick and his team with a few challenges - leaving them needing to fix previous tradesmen’s poor work- but Warwick’s problem solving and determination enabled us to find solutions without needing to change our plans or designs - and more importantly, staying within budget. As shown by the photos, the works were completed to an excellent standard and Warwick went out of his way to ensure that we were happy with everything. We feel very lucky to have found such a great team and as Warwick has proved he can turn his hand to anything, we will be trusting him with all our future works.

Warwick has been working on refurbishing our home since 2019, his last job was in October-December 24, he replaced 2x ceilings, refurbished the kitchen and sanded our floor. I've been meaning to leave this review for a long time but I have simply been enjoying our renovated home! Thank you to Warwick, Luke and team for the fantastic work they did on our property. We found them after talking to several builders and Warwick's personal approach, experience and love for the job made him and his team the one we went for. I appreciated the fact that he has a small experienced team which means that strangers are not coming into the house everyday. Warwick and team did multiple projects including taking down wall, installing a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring and replacing lead pipes, covering plumbing and electrics. Always punctual, communicative and working to a high standard and speedy pace. Warwick is amazing at tiling and moving projects along, and Luke is incredibly hard working and brilliant at a variety of jobs. Thank you so much for all your hard work. It was very lucky for us that my husband found Building Carpentry Services. Warwick and Luke did the complete renovation for our flat which was dated and situated in a period building. One could imagine how difficult it could be and what kind of issues that could emerge. But Warwick and Luke solved them all. Both Warwick and Luke, as complimented by all others, are very professional, willing, attentive, careful, detailed, helpful, hardworking, problem solving, punctual, communicative, extremely pleasant (both of them have never been in negative mood), calm, relaxing, accepting opinions, responsive, concentrative in their works, innovative and………… The flat (about 900 sq ft) has now become a comfortable home from its rotten state with lots of hidden problems, within 3 months. It is amazing! I have no hesitation in recommending Building Carpentry Services to any project big or small. They deserve it! Certainly, they are the only team that is enlisted for any of our future projects. And, they have become our friends!

Warwick and Luke were recommended to me and they have done a lovely, professional job. I needed a complete renovation of what was a dated bathroom and the end result is amazing. It is completely transformed , done to a very high standard. They have made it into bright, calming and practical space which is now a pleasure to be in.
