His prices were very fair; I'd done some research in this regard and was pleasantly surprised at the cost of his services. The net result was his advice helped me to win a very stressful claim against my insurer. The Financial Services Ombudsman was persuaded by my version of events and settled in my favour on all counts. Bob was instrumental in this process - I cannot recommend him highly enough."

Can’t recommend B&S consultants enough! The office team (Natalie) and the surveyor (Bob) were polite, quick, professional, superb value - and gave great advice. We thought we had a major structural problem but Bob calmly explained the issue - and what could be done to put it right. I will definitely use them again and can only think of positive comments to make!

Bob was brilliant. I had been losing sleep over our subsidence issue, but Bob put my mind at ease instantly. His professional, calm approach calmed my worries. He even advised on other, unrelated issues, which could have caused us problems in the future. I would highly recommend Bob and the team. Very professional, very experienced and very knowledgeable.
