"Damien came out ASAP to help with our garage door that was stuck in an open position. He was extremely thoughtful of our own timings and was clearly knowledgeable and professional, and could explain the issue we had with our door. Our luck being what it is, soon after he left the locking mechanism on the door broke, now not allowing it to open. With it not being such a rush this time as the door was closed Damien still came out as soon as he could and fixed the door within 10mins. We really appreciate the care that Damien showed our home and hope to one day purchase a new door from Bullet."
