I used Simon once before for a trim of some trees in our back garden, we have a large Willow Tree in the front garden that had not been cut back for a number of years, Simon came round within a few hours, gave me what I felt was a very fair price therefore we agreed he could start the work on the agreed date after the New Year. I was out all day so had to trust it would be cut back fully and when i got home I was delighted with the work, not only that he had ensured everything was left immaculate including getting rid of all the leaves that had dropped on our drive over the last 6 weeks. Highly recommend Simon who is a genuinely nice guy to deal with and has a great team with him.

Simon has done three jobs on our property; including the one pictured (reducing a horse chestnut tree by 50%) We have found him to be reliable and reasonable with good communication skills. He has always attended promptly and completed the work within the time frames specified and to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others, and will certainly use his services again myself when I need them!

The team arrived at the stated time, they carried out the work efficiently and were very dilligent. The work was to reduce the height and spread of a crab apple tree which has been abundant in fruit this year. All spoil / arisings were cleared away as quoted from both the garden and the road next to the property and I was very satisfied with their work and especially the clear up leaving the garden better than when they arrived. I've used 4 different tree contractors over the years here and would say categorically Burnley's Trees have been the best of them. I certainly recommend them and will use them again should occasion arise.

Absolutely brilliant service! We had two trees felled and were over the moon with the job done. Simon sorted everything out with the council, the guys were mindful of pets and neighbours and everything was tidy when they left. We had an excellent job done and I would highly recommend Burnley’s.

Simon understood that we were arranging the work for our mother and didn't live nearby. He worked with us to find appropriate times for coming to do the quote and doing the work. The work was done promptly and for a fair price, he liaised with neighbours as needed and left the place clean and tidy afterwards. He made the whole process easy from start to finish which was exactly what we had hoped for/wanted.

We loved Simon & his teams “can do attitude”. Attention to detail was a delight to watch n they took the time to answer every question n query. Access to our home is very limited with a 12m tree that needed removing close to our neighbours house. They did so with no problems n helped us recycle/repurpose as much of the tree as possible.
