Patrick serviced my boiler. This is the second house in which he has installed a boiler for me. I found him polite, knowledgeable and reliable and very respectful of myself and my home therefore he was the obvious choice to replace the existing deceased boiler when l moved to my current home. I once had occasion to ring him with a thermostat problem and even though he was on holiday he took the time to explain and help me. 100% recommended!

At short notice, Pat went above and beyond to fit a new boiler, when our old boiler gave up just as the arrival of our baby was imminent. Pat got the job done with minimal fuss, working with a difficult previous install, and left everything clean and tidy, allowing us to come home to a warm house. Highly recommended!

Patrick recently completed his yearly service on our Worcester Boiler. We have used his company to completely install a new bathroom; put in new piping and replace some central heating radiators; install a new gas boiler and service it annually. This has been over a period of 12 years and he is completely reliable and professional in everything he does. Over the last 5 or 6 years Patrick has carried out the complete strip out and refit of our bathroom, the installation of a downstairs toilet, installation and annual servicing of a new boiler, along with other minor plumbing works. I had my boiler replaced. The work was executed in a professional and timely manner. Being at home at the time the whole process came across as seamless and non-invasive as the work would allow. Minimal noise and disruption. Good cleaning aftercare and full explanation as to my role in the boilers operation on a day to day basis. Exceptionally pleased on all fronts.

Patrick installed a new Baxi 636 combi boiler, magnetic scale reducer, magnetic filter, shock arrestor, and Hive smart thermostat at my home in West Bridgford. From our initial contact, his professionalism was evident. I particularly appreciated the competitive quote provided on the same day as my inquiry and his flexibility in accommodating the installation the following day, especially given the breakdown of my previous boiler. The installation itself was meticulously executed. I am very pleased with the rearrangement of the old pipework to neatly incorporate the new magnetic filter, scale reducer, and shock arrestor. I also appreciate the resolution of the communication issue between the underfloor heating and the boiler. The entire process, from beginning to end, clearly demonstrated your professionalism and attention to detail. I am extremely pleased with the boiler installation and consider it a 5-star service.
