3 years ago Al removed our old boiler which was about 35+ years old, (probably older than Al) this caused a few issues for Al as it was so heavy to remove and the flue was massive, this needed some external brickwork to fill the hole left and although I had some new bricks, Al would not use them as they did not match the 1920s house, Al sourced some old matching bricks took them home and dried them out in his own oven (to his partners dismay lol) before returning and fitting with quick drying mortar in order to continue fitting the new boiler and flue, oh yes I should have stated that it was the coldest day of the year. Al returns every year and performs an intensive boiler service, cleaning the filter, checking the gas values etc, etc at a very good price Al has a great knowledge of his subject and will not rush any job, he will ensure it is done to perfection. I fully recommend Al and this company. I have included a picture of this years service in full flow.

Allastair came out at short notice to fix a water leak in the central heating system. Investigative work found a screw through the pipes under the floorboards which had been in place for some time. All fixed up within a few hours and has been perfect since, would highly reccomend!

Allistair responded quickly to my inquiry, arrived when he said he would to Woolston. Systematically sought out the problem, resolved it (something other engineers failed to do) and carried out remedial repairs to ensure we have a functioning boiler, and promised to be back the following week to carry out a more permanent solution

Work was for a power flush but Alistair looked beyond that to understand why the system was running so poorly. Ended pressurising the system with a very thorough flush and now every radiator is hot and house is honest it's been since we moved in 10 years ago.

Alistair came to complete installation of an unvented water cylinder, at our property. He is always punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He is also clean and tidy and we are very happy with the work that he has done for us.

We were suffering from very poor hot water pressure with the existing vented hot water cylinder. Allastair installed an unvented hot water cylinder which has now matched our hot water pressure to the cold pressure. Excellent job from start to finish, completed quickly and with the added benefit of removing the pipework and tanks from the loft! Highly reccomended.

Alistair visited to carry out the annual service for my Worcester combi boiler which he installed 2years ago. As always he is a very tidy worker and I would recommend him without hesitation.
