"From the moment i walked into the showroom all staff were friendly, knowledgable, polite and also very patient when i couldn't decide on the colour of my front door 😬. The fitters arrived on time and were very professional throughout with very minimal disturbance. Despite this mini heatwave we are having they just cracked on with the job. I would recogmmend C&L windows everytime to anyone looking who is looking at getting their windows or doors replaced."

I would recogmmend C&L windows everytime to anyone looking who is looking at getting their windows or doors replaced.
2 breaches of health+safety,broken bathroom tiles and a team that don't listen to the customer.Had 4 windows changed and asked for EVERYTHING to be changed from brown to white.Despite even pointing to the cills,my cills were not replaced.Apparently that was my fault for not saying I wanted the cills changed.Salesman's fault for not guiding me.Had 2 broken bathroom tiles and wasn't even told.My kids almost cut themselves before I found them.Was without child restrictors for 2 wks when we have a disabled child.When asking for what I asked for and threatening a negative review I was accused of blackmail!
