"Wow, from start to finish Capital Kitchen and Bathrooms where exceptional. Firstly the ladies in the showroom where lovely, friendly and they knew their bathrooms. The estimater who visited our home was professional, he should us the range of bathrooms available and what would work in our bathroom. Then the trademen turned up and they set to work on our bathroom. The lads where very professional, and respectful of our home. They where brilliant. They transformed our bathroom, in less than a week, amazing. I would highly recommend Capital Kitchens and Bathrooms they are brilliant!!!"

Darren and Kieran were just brilliant from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and stress free. From the design stage to the finished bathroom, capital gave us exactly what we asked for. Would definitely recommend!
Got bathroom fit - their details off friends and family, some of the grout has come away and they are coming out straight away to amend it - always about aftercare

I can’t recommend capital kitchens and bathrooms enough from start to finish they were amazing I’ve recommend them to all my family and friends from the girls in the showroom to all of the fitters and tilers were so professional they completed my bathroom in 4 days from start to finish and it’s absolutely fantastic ! 5 stars all round wouldn’t go anywhere else

Got a new kitchen done in February everything was amazing from start to finish the girls in the showroom were so helpful and professional then the lads worked tirelessly and it was completed in 2 weeks was delighted and because of how well it went my sister has since had her bathroom done and shes also delighted 5 stars all round

Only someone on the Architects Registration Board (ARB) register may legally call themselves an 'architect' in the UK — ask for their ARB number and check it free at arb.org.uk. An 'architectural designer' or 'technologist' is a different, unregistered role (often capable, but not the same protection).
Agree how they charge before any work starts — a percentage of the build cost, a fixed fee, or an hourly rate — and exactly which stages it covers (concept design, planning application, building-regulations drawings, work on site), so there are no surprises later.
Confirm what they will actually handle versus what is excluded — the planning application, the building-control drawings, and whether they will administer the builder's contract on site — and get it, and a portfolio of similar projects, in writing.
Ask to see a portfolio of completed work like yours, plus recent references you can contact.
