⭐ WARNING – Ruined My New Carpet! ⭐ I hired this company to remove a small stain from my landing where my dog had an accident. The first engineer arrived with a filthy machine that made my beige new carpet even dirtier and completely failed to remove the stain. They then sent a second engineer, who used a very strong chemical that bleached the carpet — leaving a large pink patch. What started as a small issue turned into a serious, irreversible stain. Despite sending clear before-and-after photos, the company has ignored all my messages and provided no apology, explanation, or reimbursement .

Spilt dinner on new sofa and living room carpet which I wasn’t able to get out, so contacted Carpet Bright who were great. They were very helpful over the phone and had availability to get someone to visit within a couple days, who turned up on time and managed to get rid of the stain to the extent that you wouldn’t even know it had been there. Very happy with the work and service provided.

We had a very deep blood stain on our bedroom carpets but John was an absolute miracle worker. He cleaned the whole carpet rather than just the stained area and managed to lift 99% of the stain He was thorough and tidy and very competent. I also appreciated the fact that the company does not use strong chemicals to clean the carpets. There were no smells afterwards and John also used a small heater to ensure the carpets dried quickly I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

Petar Arnaudov came to clean my carpets and he was SO LOVELY. Firstly, such a kind, polite man who made me feel like he could not do more to ensure I was happy with the service he was providing. Secondly, the work he carried out was 10/10. The carpets were not filthy but had a few stains, and they came up so much cleaner than I expected. Petar also helped me identify some issues with the way the carpets had been layed (which has been a saviour for me) which was so helpful as the flat was newly purchased, and he has saved me from serious works down the line. Could not recommend more.

Had my sofa and carpets cleaned recently. Was completed within an hour or so which I thought was very quick. Took about a day or 2 to dry. Once it had dried I couldn't believe how Patchy it was left. There were visible lines of where had been cleaned and where it hadn't. No care at all, just rushing through to "clean" it quickly. I emailed and said I wasn't satisfied, along with photos. I was ignored, I emailed again, ignored. I called and they passed me onto the complaints team finally. Someone came out to redo the bad job (turned up an hour late) They sent the same guy though... pointless!

100% satisfaction guarantee is a lie. I contact them for a quote, they first ask the material. After the clean my rug was left with awful stains. I submit a complaint asking details of their insurer. I’m told that their T’s and C’s state they won’t be liable and their insurer wouldn’t be interested. They also inform you after the damage about Cellulosic Browning, a risk to rugs containing viscose apparently. Seeing as they ask the material, you would think they might point that out before. Full payment upfront, not willing to refund. So no idea what their satisfaction guarantee means
