Castle Windows built my conservatory four years ago. I was so pleased with the result that they were the only company I approached for a quote to fit replacement windows and glass to the porch. Carl came to measure up and talk through the options with me. He showed me a mock up of how the windows would look on my house on the TV screen, which was really helpful. There was additional discount, because I was a returning customer, which was much appreciated. We agreed the contract and fitting date. I was sent a reminder of the fitting one week before. On both days of the fitting the two lads arrived promptly and worked extremely quickly. They were very professional, but friendly and made an excellent job. They put a dust sheet down to cover my carpet & cleaned up after themselves. I was shown how to open the windows to be able to clean the external glass. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend Castle Windows highly enough. The experience was superb from start to finish.

The installation of double glazing throughout our house was a positive experience. Carl took a lot of time to make sure that he knew exactly what we wanted, and to get the details right. From then, we waited only six weeks before the installation began. The young men who did the work were skilled, professional and meticulous. Our Victorian house presented some problems, but their can-do attitude prevailed and the problems were overcome. They were also warm, friendly, polite and very tidy. We paid a fair and reasonable price for a job well done, and we are extremely pleased with the results.

Excellent communication, advice and service throughout whole process. Carl visited, measured up, highlighted issues I hadn’t considered, discussed options, uploaded them to TV (very helpful) and provided a quote there and then. It was easy to agree a convenient installation date. Received text reminder of installation date a week in advance. The fitters were punctual, polite, friendly, efficient and tidied up thoroughly. Windows were fitted to a high quality at a competitive price. If I need any further windows/doors fitted, I won’t hesitate in using company again and highly recommend them to anyone needing the same.
