"Jason from CBS came to diagnose our 15 year old broken boiler. He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the issue quickly and discussed our options. He got back to us the following day with a quote to repair the boiler and second quote to install a brand new, more efficient one. We chose to replace the old boiler, which Jason did for us yesterday. He and his van were clean and tidy, he respected and kept our house clean, took all the rubbish including the old boiler away and was friendly and polite. He ensured that we received our gas safe certificate and demonstrated the new boiler."
