"I was so dissapointed and shocked when I saw the state of our dining room. Countless imperfections over the walls, terrible woodwork and a lot of mess for me to tidy. After raising my concerns Mark did return twice for a couple of hours however there are still plenty of imperfections, sloppy woodwork and terrible cutting in, particularly around our built in cupboard and bifolds. Mark stated the imperfections were due to the plasterer, however he had commented on how well the plasterer had done previously. I've spent hours cleaning paint off our brand new floor. Pictures are after 3rd visit."
