Paul kept me informed every step of the way because I had to send my vehicle over by recovery for 3-4 days. He, texted, called and video called to show me all the steps of the repair work and explained everything in detail and also made additional repairs free of any extra labour charge. He genuinely cares that you are satisfied, reassured, and that your vehicle is being looked after.

Total minefield out there to find an engine-recon company you can trust to have a top quality and value for money Job. Well I can tell you I searched high and low and came across these guys, they collected my car from Coventry then totally removed the engine ,stripped it down completely and worked there magic 100% professional service on my Audi A6 it's like a brand new engine now I'm so pleased and I'm a fussy bugger at times. I 1000% give my word that if you want a proper job that's not rushed at a competitive price use these guys they have been in the business for years and have all the engineering machinary to do the job in house So happy thanks Jonathan

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Ran out of oil in my Range Rover Sport ( I know, stupid eh!) was told by many 4X4 specialists that my car would require a new or reconditioned engine costing over £10,000 fitted plus the dreaded VAT. I found these guys on a web search and so glad I did, although they were over 200 miles away Jonathan the guy who took my call gave me a price for an engine rebuild, he arranged collection of my car from North Wales and completed the job in only a few weeks. I collected the car and it drove like new, really impressed with the whole experience. Proper motor mechanics. Oh and the price? under £5000 A really big thank you to Jonathan and the team.

my timing chain broke on my bmw and got recommended to c and f through my local garage, can't fault their work and car runs excellent.

We contacted 'C&F Eng LTD' in January after finding them on Trust a Trader. They took our vehicle and promised under two week turnaround on a new engine. After two weeks we started calling to find out about the progress of the job. Every time nobody was available and somebody would call me back. Nobody ever calls back. Three weeks passed and we were ringing every other day. Every day there was just something else that needed doing and it was going to be delivered the day after that. Then nobody answered the phone. We then contacted trust a trader who promised to contact C&F ENG. When they got hold of them, they could not account for why the van was taking so long other than 'COVID'. C&F Contacted us and gave us 4 or 5 more failed promised delivery days. Three weeks later again, it appeared, complete with its new engine, missing £300 worth of amber flashing lights that were attached to the grill.

From the collection of my car to the finish of my engine ,staff have being friendly. All my question was answered ,felt confidence that C and F Eng ltd would do a good job and they did.Thanks Jonathon and Paul and staffs, I will be taking my back for regular service.

Had an oil pump failure, siezed engine & breakdown roadside which required a totally reconditioned engine (Citroen DS3). The garage our car was recovered to weren't able to deal with it for us, so I contacted C&F and spoke to Paul. I received absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I really can't thank Paul enough for his support, advice and professionalism (and for dealing with our warranty company!) - he really went out of his way and even got the car driven back to our house when we had no way of collecting it! We got the car back much quicker than I'd expected as well and car still running beautifully. So very glad I found this place.

I found these guys through a google search as needed specialist mechanics due to needing an engine rebuild and what a find they were!!!! Fantastic service, great communication and was made to feel so at ease by Paul in a very stressed situation. I was sent pictures throughout kept up to date on all work being done and within a great time scale, my car runs perfect. The report I received was the best I’ve read with so much detail on what was done on my car. Would highly recommend, thank you so much
