"So this was our 2nd time of using Claudiu and boy what a difference in quality and service. So Claudiu reacted quickly to initial request and came and laid kitchen floor (18sqm) whilst I present 2nd room he did I was not present for but was same tile. I have just had to spend the whole morning breaking out numerous mortar beads which Claudiu left higher than the tiles but couldnt be bothered to clear away also they obviously rushed at the end as no mortar bed under all tiles Claudiu sends invoice whilst im away screaming for payment which I do Only to find work paid is NOT complete"
