They honoured the original competitive quote, even though the project dragged on a lot longer than estimated (which we half-expected amid parts shortages). That said, the plumber they brought in left a bit to be desired; he only mentioned that the taps were high-pressure models after the tiling was done, making it too late to swap without major hassle. Now, our upstairs water trickles out frustratingly slowly. Regardless, we would happily go with CBS for the next project."

Overall, we were thrilled with CBS, they're friendly, always flexible with changes and quick to jump in when issues arose.
