Mark is always friendly, punctual, polite and happy to explain all the work he is doing and make any recommendations. Communication is excellent, work is first class and I will always go to Charles Electrical first when I need any electrical work or surveys done. Great company!"

He replaced light fittings and a dodgy dimmer swich in the lounge and inspected the house wiring before replacing out of date wall sockets throughout before fitting a new fuse board. He has also installed a ring doorbell and outdoor security cameras. His charges are very reasonable and he does not hesitate to return if needed."

Mark is our local go to electrician. He is friendly, trustworthy and offers a good service. Had A New Fuse Board, new Gas and water bonding, replaced a few cracked sockets and outdated light pendants. Plus tightened up connections in sockets, installed a new bathroom rated light plus extra works of installing a new circuit for the new oven. Mark was brilliant with his work and showed myle things I would never of seen or thought about. Definitely would use again and recommend.
