Richard from Chelmsford Gas Services was very helpful, honest and not only solved our problem (we now have heat and a quiet system) but provided several options with the most expensive being last. He also cleaned up after himself and treated our home with respect. He described himself as priced mid-range but I wish we had found him first. As the saying goes, if you think a good engineer is expensive, try a cheap one. Karen in the office is also very helpful and just as friendly and professional. Would wholeheartedly recommend Chelmsford Gas Services.

Richard did an excellent job of replacing all the pipe work under the kitchen sink, that unfortunately had been fitted very badly & with poor quality materials, by a leading kitchen supplier. It's now perfect, more robust & im sure will last longer than the kitchen itself!

i was having trouble with zones up stair and down stairs. i wonted a nest for up stair as i have already have a nest down stair which i am very pleased with when he arrived he spent time working out how to make it work as it had been zoned by someone else and was not working right very happy with the work the price and turning up when he said he wood many thank

Boiler service and safety check plus installed water top-up in airing cupboard. All done as required to the usual high standard

I have used Richards services many times he is polite honest and professional in his work. He takes great pride in offering a good service. I have had shower put in and gas pipes moved and even he came out On Christmas Eve to get our boiler working. He recommended a great boiler and now I have cheaper gas bills. My gas cooker developed a fault, I had to light the oven manually, with a lighter as it refused to light itself. I contacted Curry's as they were the suppliers, but they said that at 18 years, it was too old for them to repair. My daughter advised me to contact Chelmsford Gas Services, and I'm very grateful to Richard for the efficient repair he carried out.
