Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and workmanship from this company. They have serviced my boiler twice now and immediately after each service the boiler stopped working. Based on these experiences, I would not recommend this company and will never use them again. Last year, following a routine service, the engineer left a condensation valve open, which resulted in a leak that caused water damage in my kitchen. This year, within just a few hours of servicing my boiler, it stopped working and displayed an error code. When they returned I was told that the PCB needed replacing at a cost of nearly £1,000. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion. That engineer quickly identified that the issue was not the PCB, but simply a faulty gas valve, which he replaced without issue and not at a cost of £1000.
