Damaged brickwork replaced and a few areas of pointing done to my entire satisfaction. Paul and his team did everything possible to bring the work to a speedy conclusion and everything about this firm smacks of professionalism. A special mention to Wendy in the office who is extremely efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

We have been renovating our home for 9 months, in which time we have had lots of different trades through our doors. I had come across Paul and his team whilst looking for pointing and brick tinting. Their work looked amazing and we booked an appointment with Paul. He turned up exactly when he said and was very informative and knew exactly what we wanted. The pointing guys are the top of our recommend list !!! They are punctual, self sufficient, clean and tidy and do a fantastic job. From start to finish they got it right, even driving an hour to complete a very small amount of pointing that couldn’t be done when they first came. I’ve had so many other companies that say they will come back and never do, not these guys. Also a mention to Wendy in the office, who makes everything runs like clockwork. Our team, Mike & Tom, did a great job of lime pointing the house and the end result is excellent. Our adjoining neighbours are very jealous and lots of people have said how good the house looks. Paul and Wendy ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish and kept us well informed throughout. Inevitably re-pointing is a messy and time consuming job but every care was taken to minimise this and clear up every day. Couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

Cheshire Pointing did a really good job, they came and surveyed before send in a quote, the team that came were polite and thoughtful, they covered my plants and cleaned up each afternoon before they left. I am pleased with the job they did and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Politely workmen and cleaned up after themselves. Paid what was quoted, Paul came across as a lovely chap and Wendy kept me well informed of a timescale.

Cheshire Pointing were very professional, turned up to quote when they said they would, completed the job to agreed timescales and made a great effort to keep mess to a minimum even tidying neighbours gardens during the inherently dusty parts of the works. Even very accommodating of our inquisitive two year old who wanted to know what they were doing!

Paul,wendy,and the team at c.p. are a very professional bunch,quik to respond to my initial enquirery , Gave me a quote i was happy with and a quote they stuck too,The scaffolding was soon up and the job was started on the day they said they would,The pointing lad,s were a friendly pair and the weather stayed kind so the job was done on time. I can not reccomend this company enough,A great friendly team who do a great job.

Good: - Communication - Punctuality Not good: - Not enough mortar removed in areas which has fallen out since - Broken doorbell - Broken roof tiles ( no accountability as maybe they were broken already, maybe not ) - Work not looked at on completion Full disclosure, I was told I touched mortar causing issues. I did in one area above the door, the darker areas are my doing. Picture provided.

Excellent job again, we have used Cheshire Pointing a number of times on different areas of the house.

Paul and the team were incredibly knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of all options. When the team arrived I was so impressed with their attitude. They were incredibly polite, tidy and efficient. Our neighbours used another company for their work and the difference in the attitude and cleanliness and productivity of the 2 teams was marked. Additionally the work Cheshire pointing did compared to the neighbours contractor was of a much superior standard. I cannot find any flaws to mark them down on, outstanding from beginning to end.
