Good communication. Repair was done quickly and to a high standard. Would recommend.

The job was done at the time agreed. They were easy to contact. The people who came to do the job were very polite and courteous. Overall a very good experience.

Good: - Communication - Punctuality Not good: - Not enough mortar removed in areas which has fallen out since - Broken doorbell - Broken roof tiles ( no accountability as maybe they were broken already, maybe not ) - Paul declined to view the work himself, too busy Full disclosure, I was told I touched mortar causing issues. I did in one area above the door, the darker areas are my doing. Picture provided.

The guys did a great job! They were very friendly and approachable and completed the job in the allocated time without leaving any mess. Communication with Wendy and Paul was excellent. They had to move things around because of bad weather, but I was informed beforehand. I would highly recommend this company.

The work was for the pointing of a two story house wall. The job was done punctually and well and while the area outside the house where the work took place was left immaculately, unfortunately inside the house there was a considerable amount of mud where the workers had traipsed it in from outside while using the facilities. Still overall I was pleased with the job which was well done at a fair price. I would use them again.

Happy we were able to find this company as the owner visited exactly as specified to view the required work to prepare a quote, which was produced within 48 hours. Great communication, listened to my requirements and arranged the work to be carried out within the 3 weeks we requested prior to my new windows being fitted. The team turned up on time with all the tools, etc and were very friendly. They explained how they were going to work and if we had any concerns. They then did a fantastic job and left the property clean & tidy. Thanks guys!!!
