The contractor arrived promptly and wasted no time in getting started on the work. They did everything they could to minimise the mess and disruption. Clean up after completion of the work was good. Duration of the work was exactly as they said it would be. The quotation was honoured and there were no unexpected costs. We are very happy with the work which has been completed and with the team.

The whole experience has been great! Not only is his work absolutely fantastic- our cellar has been completely transformed from a creepy cellar into the cosiest little cinema room. Chris is just such a genuinely lovely man. It was gr8 getting to know him and his team. We felt so comfortable with them around. They instantly gained our trust and we were even able to leave them to it for the day whilst we were out- which I think is testiment to the guys! They were so friendly, respectful, and a real joy to have around the house. Chris took care of everything for us, including arranging the plastering, & the end result has completely exceeded our expectations. We are SO grateful for the care and attention that’s gone into creating a space we’re going to enjoy as a family for years to come. Chris came to look at a damp wall in our kitchen that we’ve been having problems with since we bought our property 16 years ago. He assessed the issue and gave us a quote for the work. He has subsequently been and completed the work and the wall looks superb. Highly recommend Chris and his team who left the kitchen very clean and tidy.

Chris was punctual, friendly, tidy and completed a first rate job in super quick time. The only plus to having rising damp is by getting in Chris to sort it out This isn’t an advert. I just rate him that highly.
