Pros: the team at Chrism are pleasant and polite and respond to messages quickly. Cons: on the day of the work, they called me 1.45 hrs before my booking was due to start to let me know they would be 1.5 hours late. I had requested specific services and these were carried out poorly. Floors were left unclean. No evidence that bathrooms were actually cleaned - floors were left dirty, dust on towel rails, taps not cleaned, smears on tiles etc. Really disappointed as the work I requested all still needs doing. Would not recommend.
