Will and the team were excellent. Came out to inspect the job really quickly and as we had water coming in from our roof, they jumped on our job as a priority. The lads worked really hard and were really polite - couldn't have asked for a better service and finish, would definitely recomend and use again.

I called them about leaking guttering and they came out the same day and fixed it. While doing it they found the kitchen roof had been recovered incorrectly and did a temporary repair for free then a few days later recovered it. Everything explained clearly and job was done efficiently with no problems Would recommend them to anyone.

Having noticed a couple of lose tiles on my roof, I set about obtaining quotes and was a little surprised at some of the prices being asked for, in what was a pretty basic job in my humble opinion. I contacted City Hight's Roofing in Sunderland and as requested I sent them Pictures of the issues on my roof. They came the following morning and my roof was repaired within 20 minutes. The guys were so polite, professional and helpful that I would recommend their services to anyone. Well done guys.

They came out straight away this morning to have a look at the roof and then returned one the afternoon to complete the job. Two good lads, cant ask for anything more. Would highly recommend.

Lads have just came out for an emergency roof repair worked in the rain to make my property water tight couldn’t recommend enough

Recieved a prompt reply to my initial request and the boys arrived within a couple of hours in atrocious weather(Storm Chandra) and completed the job efficiently, keepng me informed and showing everything they were doing. Even though being soaking wet rhey remained pleasant and helpful and I would certainly have no hesitation in using them again.

We posted the job on 8th at 14:40. At 14:41 I had a message from City Heights saying they could help, and a phone call from William with questions and an explanation about how they would approach the work. They came out the next day to see the job, confirmed the price (it matched every other quote we'd received) and said they'd be back the next dry day. First thing on 11th they arrived and within a few hours the three lads had cleared the loose concrete away and repointed all the valleys. They were friendly, informative and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again!
