Great tradesmen Great job Finished within time scale

I had CLF building come and replace a garden wall, which was rotten and falling over. I wasn’t sure what the best way to do this was so needed advise. Cameron talked me through different options and different prices which helped me decide on the best option for me. He was very attentive, polite and did the work to a very good standard. He was always on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently and left my garden looking very tidy. And to add to all of that he was very affordable. I can’t fault this company and will definitely be using them for any future work. I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks again.

CLF Building has carried out the agreed works for myself in summer, consisting of a new kitchen fit out (including removal of the old kitchen), new hung doors, architraves and skirting boards to complete the full second fix works. All works was completed and finished to a high ‘quality’ standard, within the agreed timescales. The team was polite and punctual always, who kept us informed of works progress with no prompting needed. When the use of ‘noisy’ tools were required to to be used inside the house, Cameron or Lennox would check if this was ok to proceed, due to myself and partner working from home and could be attending online meeting calls. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone, as the team was professional, considerate to ensure the kitchen area was kept clean once finished (daily) and to keep us up to date on the works programme.

CLF Bldg installed timber cladding to various retaining walls - did a good job.

Had CLF Building remove a load-bearing internal wall, and install a RSJ. Very impressed with the guys from the very start, they messaged when they were on their way, produced professional quotes and invoices, did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. Were a pleasure to deal with, and will definitely use again if we can.

After having a couple of quotes from local builders - we decided that CLF building were the right company for the job! We hired them to create 2 RSJ double door opening in our home, one being a 18 inch thick stone wall & the other standard brick. From start to finish they were fantastic! Cameron & Lennox did a fantastic job, they honestly didn’t stop all day and completed the job to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble. We feel so lucky to have found this company & look forward to using them again, for building works in the future! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a builder- as I know how hard this can be.

Cameron & Lennox did a fantastic job installing an RSJ & creating an opening for a new set of bi-fold doors. From the initial visit, Cameron was courteous, answered our questions and made us feel at ease. He gave an accurate timeline, start date and price that were all kept to and even completed the work a day early. Both Cameron and Lennox worked tirelessly whilst on the job, to the specification set out (allowing for easy installation of already ordered bi-folds) and to a high/safe standard, passing a Building Control visit without fault.
