I was most impressed with the help provided with my Solar system when it failed to reboot. The e mail advice service was prompt and thorough and when the engineer visited, the problem was quickly identified and solved. Special thanks Liam who took time to take me through the reboot protocol and helped set up the app running the system on my phone. Excellent service.

It has been a real pleasure to deal with Steve and his team at Climate Save Renewables . The install of the ASHP and the latter install of battery storage was done on time and with minimal disruption. The workmanship was to the highest standard and the handover of both systems can only be descripted as excellent. The after care service has also been excellent, including a warranty repair which was carried out very quickly. I have no hesitate in recommending Climate Save Renewables.

I was at first sceptical as the work I was having done cost a lot of money, but I need not have worried, the engineers who arrived, 4 in total were polite, kept me informed each day of progress and even cleaned up at the end of each day. The 3 days work was finished on time. I would definitely use this company again.

After looking on line to get 3 quotes for my air source heat pump I was contacted by climate save renewables and an evening appointment was booked as I work long hours. Mr Tim curry turned up on time and was very polite from the start. Tim curry took his time and explained everything we need to know how an air source heat pump, his knowledge was second to none. It was clear very early on that we were in good hands, after a couple of days and many questions asked via email we decided that Tim curry and climate save renewables were the company for the job. The heat pump was installed and very happy. I was very impressed with Tim from the start and even after it was installed he still answered any questions we had in a timely fashion

I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Climate Save Renewables, Steve and has team have been excellent. Unlike another provider who said we needed to replace all of our radiators, Steve's team identified that we only needed to replace 2 radiators. The workmanship is to the highest standard. More importantly our house have never been warmer. Even during last winters cold spell the house maintained the temperature we required. Our investment in a heat pump and solar has been well worth while. Our carbon footprint has been significantly reduced as have our fuel bills.

I have used this company twice now to install heat pumps, hot water systems and under floor heating. They have been efficient and professional both times and i would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We purchased a heat pump and a solar panel system from Climate Save Renewables last year. We have just had a first free service and we could not be happier. The energy costs to run our bungalow are two thirds lower than our neighbour who is heating with gas. The team at Climate Save Renewables have been fantastic, from the initial install to looking after and servicing our system. We have recommended them to friends and family and they start installing at our neighbours next week.
