I have been so pleased with Chris's work I have already recommended him to friends & family. He rebuilt & repointed walls on a building we are restoring. Chris was a pleasure to deal with!, such a lovely lovely guy. Polite, friendly, punctual, reasonable - he made having this part of the job a dream. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him & having him return to do more work for us.

Really glad I came across CM Brickwork to repoint the gable end of my property. From start to finish the level of service was first class. Would happily use them again.
Great workmanship.. The weather was not on our side to have a wall rebuilt but Chris managed to keep going and working through the weather using a gazebo! Great job great price… no need to look for another bricklayer he’s your man …

Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
Get it in writing: an itemised quote with scope, materials, start and finish dates, and how any changes (variations) will be priced.
