When Alfie discovered the rotten wood he explained this in clear terms, showed me a video and invited me to go up onto the ladder to see for myself. The team then replaced the rotten wood, repainted the bungalow, and pressure washed our patio and drive. It looks amazing - like a new house. The team were polite, responsive and helpful and went the extra mile for us in all sorts of ways. Would definitely recommend."
