We are very happy with the garage conversion into a bedroom and utility room. Very happy with the quality and finish of the work carried out and this is the second time we have used Coniff Construction to do work on our house.

The guys from Coniff were great from start to finish. They renovated the garden, bathroom and sorted out a damp issue in one property and renovated our garden in another property. All the work is of a high standard, and they kept us up to date with everything that was going on.

Thank you Wayne, great job done and feel a lot safer on the stairs now! Delighted you also managed to lessen the creaks on the staircase too.

I had spoken to a number of different builders before talking to Wayne- Wayne responded quickly and made a lot of valuable suggestions around what my options were and provided a comprehensive quote within a day of visiting. When the work began and walls were taken down I realised I wanted the area to remain open plan which meant changing all of the plans previously made with Wayne and the kitchen company- Wayne took the lead in liaising with the kitchen company, checking the information they sent and correcting it on several occasions. Wayne also made suggestions around where I could source flooring, tiles etc- he was extremely flexible and it was very helpful to have someone to bounce ideas off. Throughout the work the team were punctual, with Wayne telling me when and who would be coming each day- sometimes they even worked through weekends. Every evening the area was cleaned and effort was made to leave us with a kitchen sink whenever possible. Quality of the work was outstanding.
