From initial contact, Alex was outstanding. Got to us within a few hours of contacting, quickly found fault, went and got an RCD and fitted it. Another problem was identified (my fault!), which was swiftly rectified. Alex is a very personable, kind and extremely likeable guy, who is also very, very skilled and experienced. Nothing was too much trouble. He explained what he was doing in simple terms. We were so impressed that we are going to arrange for him to fit a new distribution board. Alex is the real deal and we would recommend him wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Alex was quick to visit, diagnosed the problem efficiently and solved the issue within half an hour. Very happy with the service.

Alex did a great job at installing a new socket, mounting a tv and chasing data cables and also plastering the wall to patch up any cuts. Was punctual, had quick communication and left the wall in a great state after plastering (not many electricians do this, they usually leave to you to do). Thanks for the work, really happy with the end result!

Alex was great - we've used him before. He arrived with a new bathroom extractor fan for us ready to fit. He was on time, very tidy, considerate and polite. One fitted he then went and tested evything including waiting to see if the delay feature of the fan turning off was working correctly. Would recommend.

Alex , turned up on the designated day at the right time . I had previously had issues with garden lighting & the garden design team said the fault was not their issue . Alex quickly found the problem , replaced a new junction box , converted to lights to more efficient LED . I could not be happier with quality & work carried out by Alex at cosmos . 5 star .

Alex was superbly professional in every respect. Courteous, reliable, he worked tidily… and will definitely use again.

Alex was brilliant, He turns up early and has all he needs for the job, works quickly and cleanly. I have now asked him to do several other jobs including internal work installing down lighting in my bathroom and hallway and a new circuit board and he was able to work alongside other trades to enable the project to move forward. We asked Alex to run a cable from the house down the garden and install an exterior plug point. From our first communication I was impressed with how attentive and reliable Alex was. He came across as very experienced and knowledgeable with good attention to detail. He did exactly what we wanted, and was very neat and tidy. He was receptive to our ideas and offered his advice freely. All communication was excellent and responsive, he was prompt and respectful. I would definitely use Cosmos Electrical Services again.
