Terry was really responsive to the need for in keeping repairs to the roof of an old property in the context of an elderly occupant and their budget . The work was done exactly as suggested and to a high standard. I value his advice and have and will be using them again .

Was very professional, had no nasty surprises or unexpected extras . Works was completed within the time allocated and now my little girl has the most wonderful bedroom and on suit . Would recommend to anybody in need of a project .

Terry and his team were faultless from start to finish, from the initial structural work which included installation of steel beams to the finer details including the staircase , spindles and in built storage. The quality of his work is first class and the overall finish was better than we had ever imagined. I would highly recommend CREAM Carpentry . Throughout the process from our initial meeting to discuss the project until it was completed Terry and his team were all excellent: punctual, extremely clean and tidy workers, good quality work, brilliant communication and GSH at all times - we could find no fault with them.

Just had a garden refurb which included new fencing and a bespoke balcony and stairs . They understood the remit and their work was excellent. Everything has been done to the highest quality . I feel like my experience with CREAM needs a bit of back story. We have had scaffolding up at our commercial premises since June. (Now October). We're on a highstreet and have both a shop and a flat. Due to no fault of his own, our contractor was unable to perform the work. We needed a lot doing etc and trying to not only find people that would reply but to turn up to a site visit and then follow through with a quote was like trying to find a unicorn. I actually lost count of how many people we were let down by. Terry was a breath of fresh air. He called within an hour of me enquiring on his website. He arranged a time to meet us the next day (and was on time!) he quoted on the day he said he would and we booked him in there and then! Terry and assistant Alex turned up on time and did the work he had promised in a timely & considerate manner. Alex even put my flat pack cupboard together! An absolute SOLDIER in a field of landmines! Thank you Terry & Alex!

From the initial phone call Terry was very accommodating, especially for such a small job and he fitted us into his busy schedule within a week. We are very pleased with the work Terry has done, totally exceeding our expectations from our simple instructions and brief. He was punctual, timely and really pleasant to deal with. We will definitely be using him again, and would highly recommend his services.

Terry built us a unit to house our electric fire. We gave a photo of what we wanted and Terry was able to build it from that alone. He suggested to put it on wheels which was a great idea ! We were really impressed with Terry from start to finish, he contacted the manufacturer to confirm safe building materials , created a lovely unit which had the wheels improvement we hadnt thought of, was very tidy professional, punctual and generally did a great job ! We will certainly use for any future carpentry works and would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you Terry !

I would award CREAM six stars out of five if I could. Terry and Alex battled through everything the weather could throw at them doing my external maintenance work. Everything was done with great attention to detail, to the highest standard, with the greatest courtesy and consideration.

Terry built some lovely cupboards under the stairs in our home office. He was very professional and knowledgeable and we will definitely use him for work in the future

Absolutely excellent job by CREAM recently to repair a number of joists and brickwork where damage had been discovered during a bathroom shower replacement. Terry was able to come in at (very) short notice, coordinate effectively with another person working on the bathroom, worked early and late when needed and completed a high quality job. Terry was also very patient in answering all of my questions. Could not recommend more highly.

Really happy with the work done. We live in an old Victorian house with uneven walls and the carpentry done looks like it has always been there. I highly recommend using this company.

Really Happy with Terry. He helped fix my diy mistakes on the roof and then finished off the project with lead to the window. He worked through some of the coldest weather we have had recently.

Terry replaced the leaking roof felt with a breathable membrane. His team were brilliant! Roof tiles removed and replaced in one day followed by finishing off and tidying up over next few days. All team were polite and sociable. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

Terry at CREAM Carpentry and Roofing did a sterling job at transforming the treacherous spiral staircase to the loft room into a beautiful corner staircase complete with under cupboard storage. A conscientious work ethic was demonstrated from start to finish. It was a tricky space to work with but terry took extra time and care to get the work done to a high standard demonstrating expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. Very reasonable on price, trustworthy and reliable … I can’t recommend enough!
