Excellent work with great attention to detail. Pointed out to us that our initial plans wouldn't achieve what we wanted, and helped us redesign the space to make it work. Always left the space clean and safe for our toddler. Would definitely use him again.

Michael quoted us very promptly and was able to start the next week, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the plastering he did for us. He was very polite and very thorough. I'd definitely recommend him and would use him again for other projects in the house

Traders quote included the cost of scaffolding, rendering including a wall, the painting of 5 windows and a roof hatch. Within a week trader informed us that he had under priced the work and that the moulding on the building needed to be made good. He had re-priced the work 30% higher. The work needed to be done, we agreed the price. When trader presented his finale Invoice; we paid by BAC’S in good faith on the understanding that he would deliver the roof hatch as quoted for. Trader also presented us with a sheet of asking for £630 this was an addition cost which included petrol money he would expect a cash payment on delivery of the roof hatch. We emailed trader asking for a proper invoice and queried the charges which we felt was unreasonable. My experience of this builder was annoying and stressful. With hindsight I should have walked away once the revised quote had been presented or made a 1/5 advance; paying the balance once the work had been completed including a roof
